The Instant Group has successfully delivered a new Managed Office for Pru Life UK, a leading insurance company in the Philippines. This project marks the second PRUHouse in Manila as Pru Life UK works towards reducing their Philippines real estate footprint by up to 60%.

Pru Life UK had traditional offices that were underutilised, not fit for purpose, and didn’t provide their agents with flexible ways of working. They required a modern, flexible, and vibrant facility promoting collaboration and flexibility.
