The Instant Group, the largest global marketplace for flexible workspace, is expanding its global footprint once more by launching its managed office product into Bangkok, Thailand, to meet the rising popularity for more flexible and agile office space in the country. Demand for flexible workspaces in Thailand is forecast to increase by 43% in 2024 compared to 2023, according to The Instant Group’s proprietary data.
This expansion means that Instant now offers its full suite of flexible products in Bangkok, catering to solopreneurs and small-to medium-sized businesses, as well as large corporate clients.
To mark the expanded product offering into Thailand, The Instant Group has signed its first Managed Office agreement in the country with a leading brand in the global financial services industry. The Managed Office product is a turnkey, dedicated workspace that affords companies a way to procure and deliver space - on time and on budget – incorporating the client's brand, office specifications and user experience. Due for completion in April 2025, the new office will be a 30,000 sq. ft. fully customised workspace.
