The Instant Group, the largest global marketplace for flexible workspace, has announced its expansion in the Asia-Pacific region with the opening of a new office in Bangalore, India to service existing and new clients across the country.

In response to both client occupier and partner operator/owner demand, Instant will extend the breadth of flexible products and services it offers in the region. This will include increasing lead generation for the flexible workspace market in key Indian city markets and provision of managed office services to enterprise clients.
India has shown remarkable post-Covid recovery with demand for flexible office space and coworking locations increasing by 20% over the last year according to Instant data. The average occupier of flexible office space has increased by 37% compared to pre-Covid as larger businesses embrace agility.
The announcement follows Instant’s most recent expansion with the acquisition of Swedish marketplace YTA.com and in South Africa with workplace consultancy PSA.
