Instant secures office space for a number of Fortune 500 companies as demand for flexible workspace grows.
As the demand for flexible workspace in Latin America soars, The Instant Group, the global leader in independent flexible workspace solutions, has secured new offices across a variety of sectors for more than 25 Fortune 500 companies in Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay, and Brazil.
“We are seeing rising demand for flexible workspace in Latin America as companies look to relocate software development and client support functions from Asia to Latin America,” said Luis Perez, client services director at The Instant Group.
“These are completely bespoke workspaces, incorporating the client’s brand. Operators are moving to accommodate additional requirements during the build-out stage, as few have previously had the capability to deliver their own corporate-level solutions. In the last three years, we have seen operators evolve to provide spaces that meet the demands of large corporate clients.”
To cater to the growing demand in the region, The Instant Group has hired Luis Ramos to lead online sales along with corporate and business development. He will focus on key growth cities, including Mexico City, Santiago, Lima, Bogota, as international companies grow their footprints in these cities.
Founded in 1999, Instant provides alternative methods of office procurement and management, with a specific focus on flexible workspace and medium-term lease solutions, employing 250 people in 12 cities around the world.
Its market-leading digital platform for flexible office procurement (www.instantoffices.com) and innovative “managed office” solutions allows clients to rethink workspace as an enabler for transformation and growth.
