Global law firm to occupy 49,500 sq ft of managed space at Paseo De La Castellana 77 in Madrid’s financial centre.
The Instant Group has delivered a new 49,500 sq ft office for Hogan Lovells, located in central Madrid’s prime office tower, Paseo De La Castellana 77, under its Managed Office product.
The new office represents an innovative approach to Hogan Lovells’ office procurement. The Instant Managed Office product was able to bring speed and ease to the leasing process, enabling Hogan Lovells to fully customise the space to its specification and have it delivered within eight months from engagement.
The global law firm will occupy five floors, accommodating 250 employees and 60 private offices with a range of premium amenities including client reception spaces, event rooms, a cafeteria, breakout rooms, and collaboration spaces. The modern, turnkey workspace is designed in keeping with the principles of accessibility, equity, and a holistic perspective to the social dynamics that contribute to the experience of persons interacting and experiencing all spaces throughout the building.
