EY is moving it’s Liverpool HQ into Clockwise: Edward Pavilion, a Grade I listed building in the Royal Albert Dock, in a new Serviced office deal procured by The Instant Group.
The new serviced office space has been designed with hybrid working at its core to support the company’s new future workspace strategy, which involves enabling individuals to split their time between the office, client sites or working from home.
The deal forms part of EY’s national transformation strategy, with the firm moving from a leased space to a serviced space to inject agility into their regional workplace portfolio. The new Liverpool HQ has areas for in-person collaborative working, along with a variety of workstations including hot desks and team areas. In relocating, the business is reinvigorating the future of their employee experience bringing people together to collaborate, ideate and innovate.
Instant, the agile workspace solutions specialists, worked with serviced office provider, Clockwise, to provide a workplace solution with flexible terms. This solution allows EY to maximise agility in line with their business strategy. Instant’s accelerated delivery programmes and flexible terms will enable EY to adapt their portfolio at speed, taking on additional on-demand space as the business requires it.
