Global flexible workspace specialist The Instant Group Opens First Office In Los Angeles and Welcome Anders Nielsen.
The Instant Group (Instant), a global flexible workspace specialist helping clients procure and manage their offices in more than 1,600 cities across 113 countries, has expanded into the Los Angeles market with a new office located in Venice, CA. Instant has hired Anders Nielsen, an entrepreneur and co-working development executive, as director of business development. He will oversee the new office, Instant’s 10th globally.
“We are seeing huge growth in flexible workspace globally, and this is mirrored in the Southern California market,” said Michelle Bodick, Managing Director Sales and Marketing Americas of The Instant Group. “As more small and mid-size enterprises are looking for flexible solutions – and are growing into larger co-working or managed office solutions – we are seeing more opportunity to help them in this market. Anders has the right mix of experience in business development, flexible workspace and entrepreneurial spirit we need to set up a flagship in Southern California.”
Prior to joining Instant, Anders oversaw the rebranding and expansion in the Los Angeles market for a high-end co-working company called Village Workspaces. He launched and filled to capacity its flagship space. In 2013, Nielsen founded CareFinancial, a socially conscious payment provider who contributed donations on behalf of their clients to nonprofits across America. The company was acquired in 2015.
Before founding CareFinancial in California, Anders spent six years working at one of Europe’s largest insurance companies, RSA located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
