LHi’s new full-floor, self-contained suite features a private terrace, existing kitchenette, bathrooms, two meeting rooms, and two huddle rooms. The space is fully customized and branded to LHi’s exact requirements.
Instant’s Managed Office solution affords companies a unique way to procure and deliver space incorporating the tenant’s brand and office specifications while Instant assumes both the lease and management of the space. By engaging Instant’s Managed Office solution, LHi was able to with work with one partner, under one contract, to build out a space quickly that can grow to 70 people, with no capital expenditures incurred by LHi.
Globally, The Instant Group manages over four million square feet of Managed Office space for large multinational companies including GSK, Jaguar Land Rover and American Express.
