The Instant Group Assists Jellyfish in finding new and completely customised 86-desk space within Flexoffices in Mexico City
The Instant Group, the largest global marketplace for flexible workspace solutions, is pleased to announce that it assisted Jellyfish, a marketing agency that helps brands navigate, connect, and harness the platforms that drive growth, in securing a new, 10,760-square-foot customised space with more than 86 desks at the serviced operator Flexoffices’, Plaza Villa Madrid No. 1 location in Mexico City.
“Jellyfish had been occupying a traditional space in a Class B building, and post-pandemic, as with so many companies, the office no longer fit their requirements and they needed to revamp their office strategy to attract employees back into the office,” said Luis Perez, managing director, Latam, The Instant Group. “After they were unable to find a space to suit their needs in traditional or flex, we were engaged and introduced the concept of a custom space within a serviced provider, which enables a space to be designed and delivered to meet the requirements Jellyfish had in short order. Jellyfish now has their own custom, fully built and operated solution, without having to share reception or common spaces with other companies.”
The ability to procure custom space within a serviced office provider affords companies a unique way to procure and deliver space, incorporating brand and office specifications while the Serviced Operator assumes both the lease and management of the space. By engaging Instant, Jellyfish worked with one partner, under one contract, to build out a space quickly that can grow to 100+ people, with no capital expenditures incurred by Jellyfish.
