Instant has acquired Upsuite, a network of 50,000 rentable office spaces helping companies save time and money on their office space needs.
The Instant Group, the largest global marketplace for flexible workspace, has acquired Upsuite, a network of 50,000 rentable office spaces helping companies save time and money on their office space needs. Akin to Hotels.com for the coworking space, Upsuite helps teams and coworking spaces be more successful by connecting them to each other.
The Instant Group’s acquisition of Upsuite expands Instant’s already extensive global marketplace and services. It also builds on Instant’s commitment to accessible and transparent data for investors, operators, landlords, and occupiers, helping all to inform their growth strategy, increase profitability, and better forecast market trends.
"Bringing Upsuite into our family builds on our commitment to building the most comprehensive global marketplace for flexible workspace and follows the recent acquisitions of yta.com and psa.com. Upsuite adds depth to our U.S. data and insights business, which is currently expanding to meet the increased demand of clients, landlords, and operators who are navigating the complexity of delivering hybrid workspaces."
Tim Rodber, CEO of The Instant Group
"Demand is strong for flexible workspace, and I am excited to bring Upsuite’s North American customer base and platform to The Instant Group. There's no better flexible work partner to do this with than Instant."
Ben Wright, founder of Upsuite
