Incendium, the Corporate Real Estate Consulting arm of The Instant Group, has appointed Mike Bascombe and Winston Gregorio with a key focus on driving the consultancy’s sustainability-focused projects.
Mike joins as Principal Consultant and will lead on Incendium’s net zero and ESG strategic client engagements. He will also assist in the development of Incendium’s benchmarking service due to be launched later this year. Prior to joining Incendium, Mike was Sustainability Consulting Manager at Avieco, managing SBTi validated net zero strategies for clients in the tech, media, culture and sports sector. He was also an integral part of the Social Impact team at Dentsu, primarily managing their SBT accreditation and ensuring alignment with the organisations overall net zero targets.
Winston joins Incendium as Associate Director and will lead the development of The Instant Group’s ESG and net zero strategy and targets. Winston will also lead on a number of Incendium’s major client projects and assist in developing data measuring platforms. Before joining Incendium, Winston was Associate Director at Carbon Intelligence, with his role extending to Head of Data and being the product and delivery lead for GRESB, the global sustainability benchmark reporting framework.
The newly created roles are in recognition of the growing demands on the business as more organisations recognise the value of having an efficient workplace strategy in place as we navigate new hybrid ways of working.
