Marek Ciunowicz, CEO, Corees Polska Commercial comments:
“The situation in the commercial real estate market is totally dependent on global conditions, which determine the overall market situation - both in terms of its growth and stagnation. Change is ahead of us and it’s centred around a people-first approach. People are at the core of every business and we recognise that it’s the employees that have the power to create effective businesses.
“By joining together with The Instant Group, our current and future clients will benefit from a more in depth real estate experience, enabling them to make more informed decisions about their workplace solutions that are centred around their people. We are excited about the broad scope of possibilities we can now offer in the Polish market.”
John Duckworth, Executive Director, The Instant Group comments:
“We are at a crossroads, accelerated by the COVID 19 pandemic, where key shifts are shaping the future of workspace across the world. The operational reality for business today is defined by volatility and uncertainty and the rise of flexible solutions is a consequence of this demand side shift. Modern businesses already demand agility from people, technology and finance – and now, more than ever, business leaders are looking for agility in their approach to workspace to enable them to achieve new ways of working and move forward.
“The market needs to come up with more alternatives and creative workplace environments. This is not just about collaboration (though that is key) it is about task-orientated activity that makes the workplace function better which is why we’re excited to be working with Corees to create a truly unique and differential real estate service in Poland.”
