Working with Helix Workspace, Instant delivered a premier and completely custom office space in less than two months, meeting Rider Levett Bucknall's business objectives and technological needs.
The Instant Group helped Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), an independent global construction and property consultancy, secure a custom serviced office to be overseen by Helix Workspace at 535 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. RLB was previously headquartered in a coworking space.
The new office is nearly 4,000 square feet, with room for 30 desks and two conference rooms. It will house the firm’s New York City staff, including design and construction professionals, cost managers, consultants, project engineers, owner representatives, and senior management.
For RLB’s office, Instant enlisted Helix Workspace, which already has a serviced office in the building. Leveraging their existing infrastructure, Helix designed and built out RLB’s space as efficiently as possible and now provides ongoing hospitality management. Some of the services Helix is executing on behalf of RLB include: video conferencing, custom furniture, food and beverage, IT infrastructure and access control
