MAY 08 - Acquiring Navigate Property Consulting (Australia)
To further support demand in Australia, Instant acquired Navigate Property Consulting. JUL 01 - Strengthening Our Benelux Team
Instant made four key hires across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg to strengthen our presence and support the increasing demand for flexible office solutions in the region. Instant launched our managed office product in Thailand to support the growing demand for flexible workspaces in the region. With flexible office demand set to rise by 43%, this expansion brings even more tailored office options to businesses in Thailand, allowing you to access fully customized, turnkey workspaces that support your hybrid work needs.
OCT 15 - Launch of the WELL Coworking Rating
Instant and the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) launched the WELL Coworking Rating. The WELL Coworking Rating, based on the WELL Building Standard, includes over 50 features across 10 concepts like air quality, lighting, and physical fitness. With a public-facing seal, it validates coworking spaces' commitment to health and well-being and integrates with The Instant Group’s platform to showcase leadership in these standards.
