Haleon Establish New Workspace in Kuala Lumpur with Instant's Managed Office

Haleon required a modern, functional and aesthetically pleasing work environment that mirrored the company’s purpose and new brand identity of their established consumer health entity. • Tight Project Timeline: Required to complete lease negotiations, design, and facility setup within a six month period while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Insufficient Collaboration Space: Haleon required an office to boost productivity and facilitate colleague collaboration.
• Incremental IT & AV Management: Haleon needed to update their IT and AV standards to align with the global brand. Design management and procurement had to be coordinated within a tight timeline, ensuring the schedule was maintained by effectively managing IT and AV solutions.

• Quality & Compliance: Executed a stringent design development, statutory approvals, and construction process reinforcing Haleon's new brand identity.
• DEI Initiatives: Implemented sensory rooms, accessible meeting rooms, braille signage and height-adjustable workstations. Ensuring DE&I was integrated into the project in line with Haleon’s commitment to creating a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace.
