Following the successful delivery of two agency offices for Pru Life UK, in Ortigas and Makati, The Instant Group has gone on to deliver a third Managed office space for the company with a new corporate head office in BGC Uptown, Manila.
After successfully delivering two agency offices for our client within the NCR, The Instant Group were appointed to deliver this new headquarters solution. This project helped to reduce our client's real estate footprint by 50%.

Dynamic & Experiential Workplace: The space includes three purpose-built zones to enhance functionality and engagement: the Hive is the main collaboration and town hall area, boasting an architectural sculptured ceiling solution, a 4.5 m x 1.9 m video screen wall, an experience wall and a history wall. The Sanctuary area provides staff with formal and informal work settings, while the Huddle is where training and development can take place.
