Following the successful delivery of two agency offices for Pru Life UK, in Ortigas and Makati, The Instant Group has gone on to deliver a third Managed office space for the company with a new corporate head office in BGC Uptown, Manila.

Context

After successfully delivering two agency offices for our client within the NCR, The Instant Group were appointed to deliver this new headquarters solution. This project helped to reduce our client's real estate footprint by 50%.

  • Attract, Retain, & Enable Talent: Design an engaging and experiential workplace that fosters creativity, collaboration, and a vibrant work culture to support over 800 employees.
  • Inject Agility into Enterprise: Provide diverse and adaptable workspaces, enabling employees to choose environments that align with their tasks and workstyles.
  • Enhance Financial Performance: Deliver a turnkey workplace solution on time and within budget, optimising resources while supporting long-term business growth.
  • Rightsizing: Create a thoughtfully designed 51,000 sq ft headquarters to balance space efficiency with functionality, accommodating both operational needs and employee comfort.
  • Enhance Performance & Wellbeing: Integrate work, rest, and recreation areas, supported by amenities like a library, mother’s room, and collaboration zones to elevate employee productivity and well-being.
  • Embed Sustainability: Prioritise sustainable practices, including energy-efficient lighting and the reuse of materials, to minimise environmental impact and align with net zero targets.
Outcomes
  • Customised Solution: Instant delivered a 51,000 sq ft, agile and brand-aligned head office, enabling over 800 employees to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.​

  • Dynamic & Experiential Workplace: The space includes three purpose-built zones to enhance functionality and engagement: the Hive is the main collaboration and town hall area, boasting an architectural sculptured ceiling solution, a 4.5 m x 1.9 m video screen wall, an experience wall and a history wall. The Sanctuary area provides staff with formal and informal work settings, while the Huddle is where training and development can take place. ​

  • Sustainable Solution: Instant prioritised sustainability, using energy-efficient lighting, upcycled furniture, and reused AV equipment to align with the client’s values.​

  • One Partner, Seamless Delivery: Our team managed the entire project lifecycle from lease negotiations and transaction, through to design and fit out. We now continue to look after the workspace facilities and employee experience as part of the Managed Office Solution.​
