New findings reveal that Ortigas is one of the most popular business hubs in the Philippines, with demand for flexible workspace in this area up by 83% in 2022 compared to 2021, the highest growth area in Metro Manila.
Key business hubs across Metro Manila have seen interest in flexible solutions increase, with demand growing by up to seventy per cent in some of the other key districts and this shows that corporates are looking for more flexibility and agility.
